Beach The bay of Çıralı offers a stunning unspoilt beach surrounded by mountains chosen to be the best beach in 2003 after three-year research project, which was led by Allen Williams, Professor of environmental Science at the University of Glamorgan in Wales. If you walk for 200 meters among trees and flowers, listening birds; you can reach the beach of Çıralı. Çıralı has a beautiful 3.5 km secluded sandy beach partly pebbled. Remains of ancient city of Olympos on one side, flames of the Chimera on the other side. Beach is protected area for the resting of caretta also known as loggerhead sea turtles almost became exctinct. After taking a short walk, you can reach those beautiful sites to explore. |
